Your questions answered

Most orders are delivered within 2-3 working days but we advise customers to allow up to a week for your fuel delivery – particularly during winter and our busier periods.

From our depot in Kingsbridge, we serve most areas of the South Hams. Please call us to check if we can deliver to your area. You can also visit our order page to view our service area map.

Our minimum delivery is 500 litres. There is no maximum delivery, but please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Yes, we offer an automatic top-up service for home heating oil. Our local team can monitor your usage and schedule deliveries to ensure you never run out. You can always pause your top-up or opt out if it’s no longer needed.

We offer flexible payment options, including one-time payments and standing orders. We do not offer Direct Debit.
